When you checkout at online purchase, the cost and delivery time of your order are estimated.

The estimated cost will be calculated according to the weight of items and their destination.

We deliver orders same day in Hyderabad, for out of Hyderabad orders cash on delivery is not available.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 Hours to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Dubai Marina Chocolates will keep you informed of Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Kindly check for any damages upon delivery so you can return the same to the delivery boy simultaneously you can contact  Dubai Marina Chocolates support team

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
